After we had enjoyed our shaved ice treat, we noticed a popular sushi place was across the street. We had some time to kill and Miso was having a happy hour. We decided to check it out and share a roll or two to see what was what with this sushi.

We sat at the sushi bar since it was quite a small space inside the restaurant. They were having happy hour, however, it was only $1 -$2 off. We decided to try the Rainbow roll and the Philadelphia roll between the three of us. Kellyne isn’t a huge nigiri or sashimi fan, so she was more about the Philadelphia roll. They were beautiful. Specifically the rainbow roll. It was so colorful and looked incredibly delicious, and it was. The Philadelphia roll even had a delicious rice seasoning, I believe to be furikake which is a dry seasoning that you sprinkle on top of different foods.

The fish was so fresh that it almost melted in your mouth when you bit into it. It was simple, refreshing, and just perfect. Expensive. But delicious. Absolutely stop by if you enjoy sushi and want super fresh fish. I wish we were having this for dinner, but then again, super expensive and there was so much more to try!
